Refunds & Returns Policy

At Hello Handpressed, all of our items are printed especially for you as soon as you place an order. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! 💗
1. Ready-To-Order Designs
These are items purchased using our existing designs and standard product options (not customized or personalized).
Returns & Exchanges
- Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition.
- To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at hello@hellohandpressed.com with your order number.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, if an exchange is requested the replacement item will be sent within 2-4 business days. If a refund is requested, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
2. Custom Printed Apparel (All Sales Final)
Custom printed apparel includes any items that are made specifically to your request, including but not limited to:
- Custom text, names, dates, or graphics
- Personalized designs
- Special order apparel
- Custom color, garment, or size combinations
No Returns or Refunds
Due to the custom nature of these products, all custom printed apparel sales are final and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Issues with Custom Orders
If there is a problem with your order — such as:
- A printing defect
- Incorrect item received
- Damage during transit
Please contact us at hello@hellohandpressed.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review each case and work with you to resolve the issue appropriately.
3. DTF (Direct to Film) Transfers (All Sales Final)
All DTF transfer orders are considered custom products.
No Returns or Refunds
Because DTF transfers are produced specifically for your order, all DTF sales are final and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Issues with DTF Transfers
If you receive:
- Incorrect transfers
- Transfers with manufacturing defects
- Damaged items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@hellohandpressed.com, including photos and your order number. We will review the issue and assist as needed.
4. Final Sale & Clearance Items
Items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or As-Is are not eligible for returns or refunds.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
If you receive an incorrect shipment and/or damaged items, please notify us within 3 days of receipt so we can arrange to have the correct item shipped to you and/or fix any damaged purchases. Notifications need to be sent to hello@hellohandpressed.com.
LOST PACKAGES:
Please allow up to 14 business days for your package to be delivered one they are shipped. If your package still has not been delivered after 14 business days, please contact hello@hellohandpressed.com.
