Shipping

All orders ship out within 3-5 business days from the date the order is placed, although we strive to send them out faster. All items are printed and shipped at our warehouse in Greenacres, Washington.

We ship orders via United States Postal Service (USPS). Standard shipping (Ground Advantage) takes an an additional 3-5 business days. We also have rush shipping options you can choose at checkout. Priority Mail takes 1-3 business days, and Express takes 1-2 business days.

TYPICAL DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES:

Standard Shipping: 2 Weeks (or Less)
Please allow two weeks from the date you order (14 days) for your items to be made and delivered via USPS Ground Advantage mail. Items are typically delivered much sooner, but there are no guarantees.

Priority Mail: 1 Week (or Less)
Please allow 1 week from the date that you order (7 days) for your items to be made and delivered. Items are often delivered sooner, but there are no guarantees.

Express Mail: 4 Business Days (or Less)
Please allow 4 business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the date that you order your item(s) to be made and delivered via USPS Express mail. We can provide a guaranteed delivery date with Express mail.

Please note: customized orders and holidays may delay your order by 1-3 business days. If you have a specific delivery timeframe, please feel free to contact us.

We ship to the "Shipping address" that is used when you checkout. Please be sure the address is correct, or message us immediately to change the address after checkout. We cannot offer refunds if items are mailed to an old/incorrect address in your order. We are not responsible for lost, stolen packages, or delays caused by USPS but we are happy to  assist with a USPS claim if the need arises.
