Wholesale discounts start at $0.40 per linear inch (22x1") for any length greater than 20 feet (22x240").

Our film is approximately 24" wide, but the print area is 22" wide (and we can print any length).

Wholesale pricing assumes that we receive print-ready artwork that doesn’t require any type of review or editing (300dpi, correct dimensions, transparent background, quality artwork, etc).

Standard Shipping: 1 Week
Printing takes 1-2 business days. Please allow roughly one week (7 days) from the date you order is printed for your items to be delivered via UPS. Items are often delivered much sooner, depending on your location.

PNG is our recommended file format. We also accept AI, EPS, and PDF files.

Files should be 300dpi, with a transparent background.

All images should be sized appropriately in your gang sheet. No edits will be made to your files unless discussed prior to order placement.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Minimum recommended line weight 1.5 to 2 points for proper adhesion.

Semi-transparent pixels in DTF (Direct to Film) printing cause significant issues because printers interpret them as opaque, often leading to unwanted white or grayish halos, hazy outlines, or ruined designs. DTF technology requires 100% opacity or total transparency; intermediate pixels do not print correctly. We recommend half-toning for any gradient, shadow, or halo effect.

Here are our recommended pressing instructions.

If you’re used to cold peel, or are working with fine lines and fine details, we recommend cold peeling.

We do use instant peel film, but it does require a certain level of confidence. You have to literally peel the transfers like a Band-Aid — fast!! If you try to slowly lift/peel when hot the transfer will lift on you.

• Temp at 285, for every fabric
• 4 second pre-press
• 7 second press
• Cold peel (OR) Instant peel — rip it like a Band-Aid!
• Press for another 4+7 to seal it with a teflon sheet or parchment paper.

We also recommend adding Teflon sheets to our upper platens to help prevent the transfers from lifting.
